The Property Maintenance Technician works in various settings and is knowledgeable in a variety of techniques for fixing many parts of buildings or residences, inside and out. This position is a key member of the property maintenance team who works collaboratively with the Team Lead to provide quality maintenance to our clients. This can include maintaining air conditioning and heating units, electrical appliances and outlets, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. Job Description. Role and Responsibilities. Perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks efficiently, including: door, furniture, fixtures, sheetrock, and appliance repair; electrical repair; plumbing maintenance and repair; HVAC maintenance and repair; carpentry; and painting. Investigate possible maintenance problems and propose solutions. Be knowledgeable about and comply with all safety rules, standards, and regulations.
