#x 9; Travel to assigned nursing home facilities as scheduled. Professionally administer one specific component of the Creyos Dementia Screening tools. Provide exceptional customer service skills, engaging residents with respect and patience. Accurately execute screening tasks following strict protocol. Record and submit data or observations as directed. Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold resident confidentiality. Represent the organization positively to various stakeholders. Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the state of practice. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. Preferably, experience working with elderly or cognitively impaired populations. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized protocols. Strong interpersonal and observational skills. Self-directed and reliable, capable of working independently. Schedule: Variable scheduling, including weekdays and possibly weekends, based on task needs....Nursing, Certified, Healthcare, Staffing
