Pac Mac Operator - Portioning - Night Shift (Perry Harvest)

The purpose of this position is to make sure the Pac Mac Machine is operational and in control. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs pre-determined measurements on the equipment that will maximize overall machine operations to ensure optimal operating efficiency to meet production goals. Verifies machine settings, identifies equipment problems and makes recommendations to Maintenance for repair, adjustment and preventative maintenance. Ensures that equipment performs in an efficient manner and meets birds per man hour requirements. Monitors process to ensure a quality product is produced in a timely and efficient manner. Keeps floor in the area clean. Maintains basic equipment conditions such as cleaning, lubricating, inspecting and maintaining proper alignment. If necessary make minor repairs. Keeps machine free of jams. Maintains the yield efficiency goal levels set forth by management.
