Performs reviews and documentation of Bank's commercial and small business loans to ensure compliance with established policies and standards. Reviews small- to mid- size loans of standard complexity. Analyzes and advises Lenders on modification to loan structure as needed to mitigate Bank risk/loss working with Senior documenters for guidance as needed. Prepares commercial loan documentation in accordance with legal enforceability requirements, TCB credit policy and procedures and regulatory statutes. Partners with a Senior Documentation Specialist to train and be able to complete the mid-large size/high complexity loans i.e Construction, Asset based and Letters of Credit MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure proper loan and collateral documentation by staying abreast of various laws, regulations, policies and procedures. - Prepare loan documentation completely and accurately consistent with approval terms and conditions. - Under the supervision of the Senior Documentation Specialist(s), dr...Specialist, Banking, Healthcare, Skills, Commercial, Compliance
