This position is responsible for enforcing and evaluating City and IMPD HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring legal compliance. Position will design and implement strategies to support a service-driven culture throughout IMPD. This position ensures IMPD HR is a section that provides support to employees to enhance the competitive position of the department. The position is a highly visible management position that assists the department with the development and execution of human resource policies.
