Able to identify immediate and long range plans for patient care and includes both the patient and family in the plan Sets priorities for the patients needs, making decisions which reflect sound judgement Monitor the patients clinical status and assess for significant change Communicate clearly with patient, family members, physicians, and team members to ensure patient needs are met Safely administer medication on time and in accordance with the Hospital's policies Perform venipuncture and starts intravenous lines safely Requirements: Active RN license Bachelor's Degree - Nursing BLS via American Heart Association (A.
