Executive support and team culture: Drive an intentional organizational culture and facilitate a management system to ensure organizational effectiveness; Lead initiatives to promote associate engagement and recognition in conjunction with the CORE SLT and in partnership with HR - Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders to understand processes, build a shared vision, and drive the organization forward in a well-integrated manner. Connect dots across multiple teams to understand aggregate impacts to the business. Communications: Partner with communications resources to enhance our organizational brand internally with associates and outwardly with stakeholders. Ensure alignment within the organization through strategically designed updates around strategy and progress.
