Our 8th Avenue Warehouse Leads play a valuable role in directing shift operations of our Warehouse teams. While overseeing the movement of raw materials and finished goods within and between facility locations and customer trucks; Leads are accountable for ensuring team training and that established policies, procedures, and standards in the areas of people safety, food safety, allergen control, FIFO, cycle counting, and GM - Ps are followed. The Warehouse Lead is highly focused on individual development, growth, and collaboration. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures people safety is a top priority by setting the example and holding team members accountable to a safety first culture. Establishes a positive and collaborative team culture that works closely with cross department partners. Pre-shift planning, staffing, and communication of the day to day tasks and initiatives.
