Position: Teacher Assistant. Pay Rate: $24.65 to $28.00 per hour, based upon related experience Schedule: Monday to Friday- Hours worked will be based on the school calendar. The STAIRS classroom at the Day Academy serves students (age 12-18) with autism and high support needs who are receiving treatment in TCV's STAIRS Program, a specialized residential treatment program for children and adolescents with autism/ IDD with severe challenging behaviors on the Devereux TCV campus in Homestead.
