Responsible for the training and development of all levels of Pharmacy Technicians. Assists in all aspects of pharmacy operations as legally permissible and as directed by the Pharmacy Manager including customer service, operations, supervision, housekeeping, third party administration, inventory control, sales, cash handling, opening and closing, and implementation of Company policies and federal and state legal requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints.
