Staffing Assistant allocates and schedules all direct care nursing department staff in all of the Village Care Center's 5 Care Neighborhoods. This includes working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Support Supervisor for the duty shift. Scheduling coordination requires the Staffing Assistant to achieve nursing staffing levels consistent with the staffing requirements published by Nursing Administration. Such coordination requires working with all nursing personnel to develop/revise daily shift based staffing schedules, track attendance compliance and make immediate changes as necessary to prospective nursing shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing is achieved for each nursing shift. Supportive of the Village's mission, values, and service/hospitality (PRIDE) expectations. Completes training hours as required by policy.
