To provide exceptional, high-quality service and direct the delivery of products/services through sales efforts through face to face and drive thru services. Must be a team player with a can-do-attitude, display a high level of integrity, and possess excellent interpersonal and member service skills. Essential Function and Responsibilities:The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers. This includes, but is not limited to:Primary Responsibilities:Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, money orders, disbursements, and check cashing. Explain, promote, and cross sell the products and services the Credit Union offers. Know and understand the policies and procedures of the Credit Union and able to explain them to the members.
