The Engineer Technical Services provides technical support/advanced troubleshooting and drives continuous product, process, and packaging improvement at MW factory locations. The position is a member of the MSE Focused Improvement (FI), FMOS Pillars and support Q Pillar initiatives; leads/executes improvement projects and mentors/trains others in problem solving methodologies. Additionally, this role manages R&D line trials by coordinating requests with the site value stream, R&D, Engineering and Commercial to ensure optimal execution and knowledge capture. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements. Bachelors degree in engineering or a closely related scientific or technical discipline 3 years experience in a CPG industry. Preferred Qualifications. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)Understanding of raw and packaging material functionality, risks and performance in a food product.
