Shipping and Receiving Specialist II

This position is a functional role that includes shipping and receiving tasks to ensure all shipments are received and/or shipped in a timely manner and per requirements. This position may also include Warehousing & Inventory tasks if applicable. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and domestic goods. Cross functional communication and interaction with various functions including regulatory, customer service, supply chain, etc. and others as required. Timely returns processing as applicable. Follow provided control procedures to complete tasks. Complete Warehousing & Inventory execution tasks as applicable. Perform Material Movements both physically and systematically. Generate Work Orders from an ERP system. Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system. Perform cycle counting. Process stock transfers and material requests. Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
