Adobe Campaign Expert - CRM Tech Lead (Adobe Campaign Platform Architect) Location: New York/New Jersey (highly preferred) Can be remote for the best qualified candidate Team: CRM Operations Type: Full-time Start: Immediate About the Role We are hiring an experienced Adobe Campaign Expert (Platform Architect) to build, lead, and stabilize the core technical capabilities of our CRM operations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and/or Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), strong workflow development and data integration experience, and the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and expand platform performance. This role is mission-critical for owning platform governance, enabling seamless data ingestion/export processes, and ensuring high-quality, automated CRM operations at scale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Adobe Campaign Technical Operations

  • Design, build, and optimize Adobe Campaign workflows (data ingestion, audience targeting, proofing, delivery).
  • Create and maintain complex data workflows integrating Adobe Campaign with AWS S3, SFTP, and third-party systems using ACC APIs and Javascript.
  • Monitor and support daily data ingestions, exports, and campaign automations.
  • Lead the migration of real-time transactional messages to automated batch workflows.
  • Develop custom Javascript activities to improve import/export processes and overall technical operations.
  • Establish new platform integrations and API-based connections to external tools.
  • Conduct deep log analysis to identify root causes and recommend resolutions.
  • Act as the technical lead for Adobe Campaign platform enhancements and governance.
2. Technical Testing, QA & UAT
  • Lead UAT test case executions for Adobe Campaign version upgrades (e.g., v7 to v8 migrations).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies or integration issues across PostgreSQL and Snowflake databases.
  • Perform platform-level audits and recommend improvements for stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal QA teams to ensure delivery quality and adherence to process.
3. Leadership & Governance
  • Mentor and guide offshore production teams to ensure platform consistency and delivery accuracy.
  • Enforce platform governance, compliance standards, suppression logic, and typology rules.
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, data, and account teams to streamline campaign delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Adobe Campaign Classic Developer Expert (above Advanced / Experienced practitioner)
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic and/or Standard).
  • Proven experience developing data ingestion/export workflows, API integrations, and Javascript-based automations.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data schemas, typology rules, and CRM campaign governance.
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake data schemas and CRM integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct deep platform log analysis and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working with global cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
