IT Support Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician to provide exceptional support to end-users in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Location: Newport Beach, California

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $31 - $32 per hour

Work Hours: 6am to 4pm

Education: High School

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot both in-house and third-party applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware for laptops and desktops.
• Configure and support mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and other peripherals.
• Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops to end-users.
• Engage with and escalate tickets to senior technicians as necessary.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and cases.
• Assist with physical tasks on-site, including the deployment and movement of equipment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues for both onsite and remote users.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot virtual machines.
• Support the IT Walkup Area where end-users can come to resolve their issues.
• Complete other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• Experience in Helpdesk/End-User Support
• Proven track record as a Desktop Support Technician

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• IT Certifications
• Completed training courses or boot camps
