Job DescriptionSecond Shift Experienced Assemblers Automation Personnel Services is looking for Second Shift Experienced Assemblers for a well-established manufacturing company located in Smyrna, GA. This role focuses on precise assembly of small components in a high-paced, collaborative environment. We are seeking individuals with prior small parts, assembly experience who are interested in a steady, long-term position with a respected industry leader. Pay Rate $17.90 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Second Shift Experienced Assemblers' Duties and Responsibilities • Assemble small parts and components according to standard operating procedures in a team-oriented, production-focused setting. • Install sub-assemblies and perform quality checks. • Operate various hand tools, including torque drivers, punches, and specialized assembly equipment. • Inspect finished products and carry out basic cleaning as needed. • Accurately log production counts and maintain necessary documentation. • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation. • Additional related job duties. Second Shift Experienced Assemblers'Qualifications and Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. • 1 to 3 years minimum of experience with small part assembly required. • Proficient with the use of hand and power tools. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Capable of working independently and in a team environment. • Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies. • Drug screening and background checks are required.
