Who We're Looking For

A Business Director with a strong, verifiable track record of improving property performance to manage operations of our 545-unit community in East Dallas.

Must have experience managing a large team and multiple communities from a central office.

As the Business Director you are ambitious, motivated, and have a win-win attitude.

You lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and most importantly, holding yourself and your team accountable.

Exceptional communication skills.

You understand how each team member on site contributes to the total success of the asset and know how to oversee collections, leasing, the turn process, and renewals to benefit your success and the asset's.

Entrata experience preferred

Lease up Experience Highly Preferred

Preference given to candidates with industry designations and/or a 4-year degree.
