This is a full-time position within our food manufacturing facility with opportunities for advancement!We need someone who can:Commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and healthy workspacesHigh school diploma/GED preferred; 1+ year related experienceAbility to follow instructions, training materials, cleaning/safety procedures, and product labelingFlexible to work full-time, overtime, and weekend shifts in hot, cold, wet, dry, or noisy environmentsTeam player with professional communication skills; able to take directionComply with OSHA safety standards, GMPs, and all regulatory/company requirementsBasic math, reading, and writing skills; fluent in basic English for safety and qualityMust pass post-offer background check and drug screenResponsibilities:Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility per procedures to remove all contaminantsOperate steam/high-pressure hoses, COP tank systems, and other sanitation equipmentDisassemble and reassemble equipment as directedFollow sanitation schedules; document cleaning and chemical use per guidelinesVerify correct chemicals/concentrations and ensure sanitation meets micro testing standardsWear required PPE (bump cap, safety glasses, face shield, ear plugs, hair/beard nets, gloves, safety shoes/boots)Uphold company mission, values, policies, and code of conductThe employing subsidiaries of Schwan's Company are Equal Employment Opportunity Employers.
