Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
- 3-5 years of Director experience in a licensed child care facility
- Strong background in licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
- Highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience overseeing preschool operations including HR, quality assurance, and facilities
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain staff
- Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
