: Job Details :

To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering. DUTIES: - Answer the phone- Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book.- Open the door for people going in or out Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc)- Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable- Dispose of trash from common areas- Assist residents when needed- To report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control QUALIFICATIONS:- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred- Minimum of 18 years old- Basic writing and reading skills required- Must work well with the public and with others as a team- Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently- A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical Rate: $20 Benefits: Competitive salaries and bonuses Medical Dental Vision 401(k) plan with employer match Short term disability Long term disability Life/ AD&D P...Attendant, Hotel, Property Management
