Enforce and monitor any, and all, policy changes. Contact appropriate personnel to resolve issues. Perform general administrative tasks such as recording time on time sheets, leave requests, etc. Practice good safety habits and possess familiarity with NGA and ServiceSource safety policy. Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect security. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and report infractions or violations to supervisor. Adhere to contract mandated dress code and provide excellent customer service to all persons at the site. Maintain NGA site access by completing all NGA required trainings and briefing on time. If physically capable, may be assigned to grounds team. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
