Curriculum & Lesson Implementation Implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with developmental milestones. Incorporate sensory play, music and movement, language development, and hands-on learning. Facilitate both structured and unstructured play experiences. Observe and adapt activities based on individual child needs and interests. Developmental Support Support toddlers language acquisition, emotional expression, gross and fine motor development, and independence. Guide and model appropriate behavior and social interactions. Encourage self-help skills (feeding, dressing, toileting, hand washing). Communication Build trusting relationships with children and families. Provide daily verbal or written updates on each childs day (eating, sleeping, toileting, activities). Communicate developmental observations and concerns to parents and leadership team.
