Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in the field of Education Administration, Public Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of five years' experience in successful teaching, school administration, nursing, social work, or related field; preference for experience within an educational setting. 3. Experience in grant writing, budgeting, planning and organizing. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work flexible hours, some evenings and weekends.
