Ensure the carrying out of routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, repair, and early detection of defects of the Massman Box-makers in addition to fabricating cartons and boxes. Essential Functions Oversees operation of the wraparound machine, troubleshooting any issues. Identify and correct equipment abnormalities. Understand AM principles with a One Right Way philosophy. Ensure rapid-chill cooler is functioning properly. Gathers information on box types needed for daily production. Knows the location of box supplies. Assists in CIP, maintenance and upkeep of assigned area. Keeps records in accordance with good manufacturing process and local and state laws. Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses and upholds the culture of Southwest Cheese non-negotiables.
