Audit management, process compliance monitoring and capability development all with a continuous improvement mindset. The Food Safety Manager partners with Quality, Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams across the facility by leading Food Safety programs and developing long-term sustainable practices to maintain World-Class Food Safety performance. Responsibilities Oversee sanitation programs: performance monitoring, employee training, vendor management, and compliance to Quality & Food Safety program requirements. Leverage data analytics tools to monitor real-time Quality/ Food Safety data, identify trends and establish robust corrective/preventive action plants to improve Quality, Food Safety and Consumer performance metrics. Coordinate Quality & Food Safety training for site to include leadership and front- line teams. Lead Quality & Food Safety risk assessment and analysis in partnership with Sector FSQ.
