Job Description :
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of full-time Human Resources experience. Demonstrated experience administering leave programs such as FMLA, PFL, PPL, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Worker's Compensation, and other related leave policies, including eligibility determination, documentation management, and compliance monitoring. Strong knowledge of and experience working with applicable federal and state legislation (ADA, FMLA, USERRA). Experience supporting or administering time and attendance-related matters, such as tracking attendance records or interpreting timekeeping policies. Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Previous experience in Employee Relations (ER). Prior experience working with collective bargaining agreements. Experience within public sector employment, higher education, or similar setting.
