Performs activities associated with care and propagation of any animal colony involving one or more species. Provides complete husbandry care of laboratory animals. Ensures all standards and conditions, pertinent to proper health care and maintenance of animals assigned, are met. Assists with tasks such as administering drugs, clipping, and weighing by holding animals. - - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - - Provides complete husbandry care of one or more species of laboratory animals.
