Installs, configures, optimizes, and maintains Windows servers. Installs, configures, optimizes and maintains enterprise class network and storage infrastructure. Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines in a mixed infrastructure environment. Provide technical support and expertise for servers that can be either physical or virtual, and remote. Configures Active Directory, including creating users, security groups, and group policies. Manages and troubleshoots DNS, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, SSL, and applications such as IIS web sites. Configures and maintains System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) monitors and alerts. Maintains Windows Server operational lifecycle using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Plans, implements, and troubleshoots system security policy, including host and client communications through firewalls, file permissions, and user rights. Researches, evaluates, installs, configures, and troubleshoots all hardware, peripherals, and equipment necessary.
