UPMC Family Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Home Care Aide for the State College and surrounding areas. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm Communicates appropriately with the interdisciplinary home care team promptly, reporting any changes in patients' condition to appropriate professional staff. Attends compliance training and adheres to the organization's standards of conduct, policies, and procedures. Focuses on customer service and continually strives to perform the duties of their job in a manner that will result in optimal patient satisfaction. Provides safe and direct personal care to patients in the home setting under the direct supervision of an appropriate professional. Performs duties and job responsibilities in a fashion that coincides with the service management philosophy of the organization towards patients, visitors, staff, peers, physicians, and other departments within the organization.
