Casting Line Operator - C Shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am

As a Casting Operator, you will be assigned to work on a casting line. You may work in one or more workstations, including Cast Line 2, Cast Line 3, etc as assigned. You may be proficient on more than one casting asset in a given location. You will be responsible for leading machine set ups and changeovers, problem-solving, coordinating preventative maintenance (P - Ms) and making decisions on machine adjustments. This role will be C Shift, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Starting hourly rate: $24.16/hr plus $2/hr shift differential. In this important role, you will also be responsible for: Loading raw material into the machine and unloading finished products. Determining and controlling the machine cycle, varying and modifying as necessary. Performing tests and checking products routinely for multiple characteristics, using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against standards that are not readily measurable.
