About This Role: The Director for Compliance reports directly to the Vice President, Director of Athletics and serves as the chief compliance officer for the athletics department. The successful candidate will lead the departments compliance efforts on campus and work with a third-party vendor in areas including education, monitoring, and enforcement, and will serve as a key advisor to the athletic director, senior staff, and coaching staff on compliance matters. This position will ensure compliance operations are conducted in accordance with NCAA, Conference, Lamar University and Texas State University System (TSUS) rules and regulations.
