Responsible for assisting with the development, communication, training, oversight and monitoring of compliance programs within the University. Responsible for investigating, researching and resolving compliance claims received via phone, email from inception to resolution per university policy. Description of Duties Responsible for assisting with the development, communication, oversight and monitoring of compliance programs within the University. Ensures that compliance issues received are fully resolved following university policy. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and providing responses to all compliance inquiries raised through the Compliance Office departmental email and the Compliance Office telephone number. This includes researching and interpreting policy and coordinating with other university departments as necessary. Reviews, analyzes and records compliance concerns or questions reported into the Navex software for proper monitoring and timely resolution.
