Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physicians treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor residents conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
