As an Assembly Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a manufacturing department. Your primary focus will be on maximizing productivity and minimizing costs, while ensuring product quality and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. You will serve as a key leader on the floor, with authority over personnel actions and responsibility for guiding team performance and engagement. Shift: First What You'll Do.
