This role stewards the insight development critical to Bobs growth strategy, combining deep understanding of consumers and competitors with strong go-to-market acumen to challenge, improve, and facilitate the prioritization of our growth agenda. The Director, Growth Strategy & Insights will be our go-to expert on consumer behaviors and preferences (across physical and digital channels) and a trusted advisor on key strategic choices that leverage those insights. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), this leader will be a core member of a management team that collectively oversees the Marketing and Ecommerce functions of the company, while also collaborating closely with the Retail organization and other cross-functional partners. As a CGO team, we measure our success primarily on the basis of: sales growth (overall and comp stores), customer acquisition, customer lifetime value, and go-to-market effectiveness/efficiency.
