Collaborate with teachers to plan, teach, and implement the High. Reach Learning curriculum and activity plans and enhancement plans across all age groups, fostering an engaging and effective learning environment. Support the teacher and family retention of your school through providing resources, knowledge and support to educators to help them deliver quality educational experiences. Evaluate classroom environments using various assessment tools such as ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance program quality. Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers, fostering continuous improvement in classroom practices and services. Conduct formal and informal classroom observations, sharing feedback with teachers and administration to recognize best practices and identify areas for growth.
