Greet and engage with every guest. Provide the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, focusing on providing 100% accurate communication. Scan and visually check every ticket for valid access. Assist in the resolution of guest access issues and the recovery process. Ensure consistent daily opening/closing procedures. Enforce ticketing policies and any hotlist/flagged passes. Work with multiple departments to ensure one seamless guest experience. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, follow-up, and accountability. Assists in building and maintaining a safe and presentable work area. Set a positive example and be a role model. Support operations as needed. Preferred Experience/ Special Skills. Outgoing and friendly personality. Previous Guest Service/ Customer Service experience. Passion for the action sports industry. Strong communication skills. Strong computer skills.
