Project Manager JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project Manager assumes responsibility within Paragon Medical to plan, monitor, and execute customer or internal New Product Introduction projects. This role is essential to coordinating multiple functions within the business, ensuring that contractual commitments are met, while maximizing customer satisfaction and Paragon Medical business benefits. Effective project management is a major factor in delivering the success of business growth goals through NPI. The Project Manager is a leader of product, process, and/or technology development and implementation. This role works directly with clients to drive project execution, mitigate risk, and steer decisions critical to project success measured against time and budget.
