The Student Women's Basketball Jersey Washing Attendant is responsible for assisting in the operation of coordinating the work efforts of the production areas of the laundry department, and conducting weekly inventories. Note: Cochise College requires a post offer, pre-employment background screening of all employees. This position is open until filled with applications reviewed upon receipt, and may close at any time. Duties and Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Within the scope of college policies and procedures, this position: Sorts torn and stained articles Sorts and counts articles to verify quantities on laundry requisitions Soaks contaminated articles and processes in de-staining cycle Cleans lint traps regularly Loads articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap or other cleaning agent by programming laundry machines.
