Stadium Operations Assistant
: Job Details :

In this role the employee will engage in various stadium operations duties on a daily basis. This will include manual work to repair and upkeep the stadium and venue and further engage in various administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, and seasonal staff hiring. The right candidate for this role, will understand guest service, stadium upkeep and further what the baseball and event schedule require in a MILB venue. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS AN ENTRY/ MID LEVEL ROLE, REQUIRING MILB EXPERIENCE. Essential Duties and Functions. Prepare stadium for every home game and all non-game events held. Assist in the daily upkeep of the stadium and surrounding exterior areas of the stadium, further these duties are laborious in nature. Cultivate and build upon existing relationships with service vendors. Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and relationship building with game day staff.
