Responsible for the implementation, refinement, and sustainability of an Omnichannel shopping experience that meets customer's needs. Supports cross functional projects and departments in the spirit of delivering synergies, continuous improvement, and executional excellence. Leads continuous improvement by creating change around new procedures and processes that drives the Omnichannel and Technology strategy resulting in a significant impact to the company's sales, profits, and growth. Creates and designs project plans, and other pre-project work in support of assigned project initiatives. Operates in a high growth space with a rapidly changing landscape that will requires constant adaptation, learning and refinement of Food Lion To Go processes to better serve our customers.
