One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Procedure Scheduler will register patients, schedule procedures/follow up appointments, verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations. Verify all authorizations have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures. Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to procedure date. Scan and file into patient docs on e. Clinical. Works. Travel to other facilities as necessary. Qualifications and Requirements: 1 year or more of Procedure/ Surgery Scheduling experience within a clinic/physician office setting or have appointment scheduling experience within e. Clinical.
