Supervising the CUB (Central Utilities Business): - Responsible for the integrity of the CMMS System (Maximo) data accuracy for the CUB teams maintenance activities - Develop the strategies to improve equipment uptime and availability - Develop and maintain the Asset Management Program for the CUB - Manage the continual optimization of the asset care program through condition monitoring and Preventive Maintenance techniques - Promote a positive culture that focuses on continuous improvement & operational excellence - Lead the U - Ex (Utilility Excellence) Work Stream for the site and integrate to the Plants MOS - Actively attend department meetings (Weekly Staff, Tier Reviews, Huddles, etc.) - Drive to ensure successful root cause of asset driven events and follow through robust corrective and preventive action plans to prevent reoccurrence - Oversee the Planning & Execution of the Annual CUB Shutdown activities from an asset management perspective - Demonstrate Abbotts Leadership C...Utilities, Supervisor, Energy, Power, Maintenance Manager, 1st Shift, Manufacturing, Healthcare
