A growing women's multispecialty ambulatory center located inNortheast Philadelphiais seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYNwith at least one year of post-residency experience to join its dynamic team. Work in a brand-new facility that offers collaborative care alongside a large primary care group and specialists across oncology, surgery, cardiology, and therapy services.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established OB/GYN group with4.5 FTE providerscall will be1:6when fully staffed

• Practice located within astate-of-the-art ambulatory centeroffering comprehensive women's health services

• Weekday schedule (M F) +every 6th weekend call

  • Weekday 24-hour shift rotated among team (light post-call admin day the next day)

• Mix ofoffice-based care and hospital responsibilities; location split between two sites based on patient volume

• Perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, evacuations, and robotic-assisted surgeries

  • Access toda Vinci Si and Xi robotic systems

• Focused onlow-risk OB patients ( 80%)with a C-section rate of%

• Level II nurseryand full in-house specialty support

• EMR:Meditech

• All new office equipment and supportive infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitivebase salary: $320K $350K(based on experience and training)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible(within 5 years of residency) in OB/GYNRequired

• Active PA licenseorwilling to obtainRequired

• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN practice experiencebeyond residencyRequired

• Experience withcomplicated deliveries,C-sections, androbotic-assisted surgeryRequired
