📍 Property Manager – Retail Shopping Centers

Location: Conshohocken, PA | On-site | $80k to 90k

We're partnering with a well-established commercial real estate firm seeking a Retail Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7–12 shopping centers (~1.5M SF).

Only Retail Property Management or Commercial Property Management experience is applicable!

💼 Key Highlights:

• Manage day-to-day operations, vendors & budgets
• Oversee capital projects & property improvements
• Strong focus on NOI, tenant relations, and lease compliance
• Requires 5+ years of retail/commercial PM experience
• Ideal for someone with a background in construction oversight & facility systems (HVAC, roofing, etc.)
• CSM or CPM preferred

Must be local to the area, with flexibility for occasional travel.
