Backed by top investors from OpenAI, Google, and Dropbox, we're building the next-generation AI design tool for product teams.We're now looking for our first marketing hire to help us shape the world's perception of what the next AI native design tool looks like. You'll work directly with the founders and have a front-row seat in scaling a product that's already making experienced designers say: “this feels like magic.”
What you'll do
- Own and execute Weaver's go-to-market strategy—bottoms-up motion
- Build and grow our early adopter flywheel: from waitlist → beta → champion
- Shape and evolve our brand voice, product positioning, and messaging
- Collaborate with product and design to launch new features and weave compelling narratives around them
- Create and scale content, community, and activation experiments across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, email, Discord/Slack, blog, etc.)
- Track what's working and double down. Kill what's not. You'll have the freedom to move fast.
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in early-stage startup marketing, especially PLG, devtools, or design tools
- Experience in crafting high-impact launches, campaigns, and content
- Strong understanding of growth funnels and early user acquisition
- A builder's mindset. You can go from idea to launch fast, and you know how to rally a small team to get it done
- Bonus: You've worked with or marketed to product designers, developers, or AI-native users
