The Position
The Associate Solutions Engineer based in our San Francisco office will be the primary technical sales resource for our Commercial and Channel sales team. They will assist in identifying prospect and customer challenges and drive technical alignment between those needs and OPSWAT solutions. The role involves serving as a product and industry resource, effectively describing and demonstrating our solutions, and promoting our vision and approach. The Associate Solutions Engineer will be a trusted contact for our Mid-market sales team and prospects, facilitating the sales process and liaising with the engineering team to influence product development.
