Apple is seeking an experienced event leader and experiential marketer to help shape the future of the Worldwide Events and Experiences team. The ideal candidate is both a leader and a doer, strategic, collaborative, flexible, and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who can bring our brand to life for influential audiences and ensure a compelling end-to-end attendee experience.

The High Touch Experiences team is responsible for bringing Apple's iconic brand and products to life through engaging events and immersive activations, tailored for influential audiences worldwide (media, creators, artists, culture-shapers, industry leaders, etc). This team also supports the broader Worldwide Events team in producing product launches and key moments like the Worldwide Developers Conference.

Description

We're looking for a Head of Creator Experiences to shape how influential audiences interact with our products. You'll craft immersive experiences that showcase the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, and the entire Apple ecosystem in innovative ways. Leading a small but dedicated team, you'll collaborate across Apple to develop experiences that are innovative, memorable, shareable, and deeply human.

  • Define the vision for product storytelling through experiences, making every interaction personal, delightful, and intuitive.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and excellence.
  • Develop strategies that push the boundaries of experiential marketing, blending digital and physical worlds seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with PR, product marketing, retail, creative, and other teams to bring innovations to life in engaging ways.
  • Identify and seize new opportunities proactively.
  • Solve problems efficiently, finding the best solutions to challenges and briefs.
  • Stay ahead of trends and technologies to keep Apple at the forefront of experiential design.
  • Measure impact, optimize experiences, and refine engagement strategies.
  • Passion for creating effortless, inspiring experiences that embody Apple's brand ethos.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years in experiential marketing, event strategy, or brand experience leadership.
  • 8+ years in event support, production, or management.
  • Proven leadership in delivering visionary, high-impact work.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, Pages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills, simplifying complex ideas.
  • Deep appreciation for Apple's brand and a drive to innovate.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on excellence.
  • Creative, with a good understanding of consumer engagement and behavior.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
At Apple, base pay ranges from $191,400 to $344,900, depending on skills, experience, and location. Apple employees may participate in stock programs, receive benefits such as medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounts, educational reimbursement, and may be eligible for bonuses or relocation assistance.
