Our ideal Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is entrepreneurial, experienced in building trusted relationships, and has a track record of developing pipeline and achieving quota.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute local alliances strategy tailored to market needs.
  • Focus on revenue growth at prioritized accounts/industries by selling to and with the alliance channel.
  • Manage a partner sales quota.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams.
  • Participate in account planning to identify partner focus.
  • Represent the voice of the market within Slalom.
  • Coordinate with marketing and partners on campaigns and events.
  • Manage channel conflicts collaboratively.
What You'll Bring
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in alliance management, partner sales, or related fields.
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage business independently.
  • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary sales pursuits.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Availability to work from the office 2-3 days a week and travel up to 20%.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range: $96,000 to $154,000, depending on skills and experience. Benefits include time off, parental leave, 401(k), health coverage, and more.
